Zesty Okra & Ham Bites –
1 jar Robin’s Zesty Okra , Snappy Beans or Spiky Asparagus
1 (8-oz.) container whipped cream cheese with chives
1/2 lb. thinly sliced Virginia ham
1. Drain pickled vegetables. Pat dry with ample paper towels.
2. Spread about 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese on 1 side of each slice of the ham. Leave a slight border on all the sides. Trim ends off okra. Place 2 okra or other vegetable, end to end, across a short side of a ham slice. Roll up snugly in jelly-roll fashion. Prepare remaining rolls. Wrap tightly and refrigerate at least three hours or overnight. Cut each roll into one-inch pieces then serve.
